Thanksgiving Menu 2025

A little after the fact, but here’s our menu from this year’s Thanksgiving and a few food photos.

A menu image with a list of foods for Thanksgiving 2025. There is a row of autumn colored leaves at the top and bottom of the image. The menu lists Starters, Main Course, Sides, and Desserts.

I wound up sending a text to everyone attending around noon, telling them that I was running about an hour behind. Giving myself that extra hour made the day so much less stressful and we had a fantastic day, full of food, family, and fun.

A dinner table seating 6 people is set for Thanksgiving dinner. There's a long runner embroidered with autumn leaves, a small bouquet of autumn flowers, white plates with red napkins and silverware, and a variety of dishes set around the table.
A blue Staub braiser sits on a runner embroidered with fall leaves. It's full of ratatouille and sprinkled with herbs.
A dozen deviled eggs are displayed in an oval deviled-egg platter. They are sprinkled with dark paprika.
A pecan cheeseball is on a square plate, surrounded by 3 different types of crackers.
2 bags of turkey breasts are in a large pot with a sous-vide circulator clipped to the side.
Four vacuum sealed bags with turkey breasts, thighs, and legs are sitting on the counter waiting to be sous-vide cooked.
A cast iron skillet is on the stovetop filled iwth onions and mushrooms.
A braiser on the stovetop is full of diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
A gallery of Thanksgiving images. The set table, ratatouille, deviled eggs, pecan cheeseball, sous viding turkey, sauteing mushrooms and onions, apple pie filling, turkey stock cooking.

I hope you all had a wonderful, happy, family and food filled Thanksgiving!
